Goodbye Wix and hello Wordpress! I’m sad to say, the Hired Guru character is getting retired and phased out. I felt like it was maybe a bit too cartoony and losing credibility to those who were genuinely seeking out career advice.

Top 10 High Paying Careers 2019

Sponsored by NordVPN

This won't just be a list of careers you can flip through to decide where best to start. You can't apply to some of these roles without substantial experience and certification to begin with. This list of jobs may be a fun experiment someone stops at during their job search or a realistic approach to deciding on a major in college.

What ever the case, careers and jobs are usually different by definition. Types of jobs you find compared to the career you'd start can be something beneficial. A list of the highest paying jobs would likely be the exact same as a list of top careers. *All stats from the BLS.gov website.

So I was tired of adding doctor photos to every section of this. What did we learn top paying careers for women and men? Get into medicine. That really wasn't how this article started, but certainly the turn it took. Career opportunities for those in medicine are skyrocketing and if you're able to make it through the schooling, it could be a fantastic route.
